It’s that time of year! Garden plots are just $17 for the season.

1. Download the waiver below and fill it out.
2. Mail or drop off your waiver and payment to the front entrance of the Kane County Health Department at 1240 N. Highland Ave, Aurora, IL 60506. Please leave your form and payment with our receptionist.
3. Start picking out your plants for May 15th & join us at the community garden on opening day for free garden seeds as supplies last!
